About GlassBaker

GlassBaker is a warm, welcoming glass art studio and shop in Moscow, founded more than eight years ago by glass artist Olga Gordeeva.

We run hands-on master-classes in lampwork (glass beads and jewelry made at the torch), Tiffany stained glass, glass fusing and mosaic. Groups are small, so everyone gets a master’s personal attention — you are never left alone with a difficult step.

We are based in the historic Izmailovo estate, in the former building of the Institute for the Restoration of Cultural Heritage — a beautiful spot for a walk before or after your workshop, next to the Izmailovo Kremlin and market.

Alongside the studio we have a small shop with glass, tools and handmade glass jewelry made by Olga herself.

Foreign bank cards do not currently work in Russia, so we accept cash in Russian rubles on site — please exchange currency in advance. Message us before your visit and we will help arrange payment.
