Frequently asked questions
Do I need any experience?
No. Our workshops are beginner-friendly and a master guides you at every step. All glass, tools and materials are included.
Are the workshops in English?
Yes — we can run your workshop in English. Please tell us when you book so we can arrange an English-speaking master.
How do I pay?
Foreign bank cards do not currently work in Russia. We accept cash in Russian rubles on site — please exchange currency in advance, and message us before your visit so we can help.
How long does a workshop take?
Most workshops take about 1.5–2 hours.
Can I take my piece home the same day?
Some pieces are ready the same day; glass that is annealed in the kiln (such as lampwork beads) is ready within a few days. If you are leaving Moscow soon, tell us and we will suggest the best option.
What should I bring? How old do I need to be?
Just bring yourself — we provide everything. Workshops are for ages 8+ (some techniques 10+ or 12+); children work alongside an adult.
Where are you?
In the Izmailovo estate, Gorodok imeni Baumana 2/1, near metro Partizanskaya / Izmailovskaya.
