Creativity in Burnout: When You Notice Colors Again
When you burn out, life becomes gray not because there are no colors in it. But because you stop noticing them. I realized this when I looked at the glass pieces for a long time and suddenly saw how many shades of red there could be. Warm, deep, fiery, almost wine-like. And I thought that I was “just tired.” ❤️✨

I began to put together a background — light, almost airy, so that a bright silhouette would gradually appear against its background. And as the picture became clearer, something like hope appeared in me. Not loud, not “everything will be fine,” but calm: I can still feel it. I can still see it. 🤍🧩

By the end of the lesson, I understood a simple thing: returning to yourself is not a jerk, but a collection. Little pieces of joy, little pauses, little “I likes.” And if today I was able to notice so many shades of red, it means that tomorrow I will be able to notice something more good. Let it be a little bit. But this is the way back to life. ☀️❤️
