During the workshop, I caught moments when I wanted to speed up, finish, “quickly, I have things to do.” And then I remembered: this is the point. Learning to be here while your fingers hold the fragile and your head lets go of the heavy 🫶 And it’s like you’re training the muscle of self-care — the same one that we usually don’t allocate time for.

Then you can hang the sun catcher by the window, or you can just know that you have it 🪟 As a reminder: even in a busy schedule, you can leave a small window for light. And sometimes one such window is enough to prevent the day from seeming like an eternal Monday 💛
