Fusing workshop on glass in Moscow: I am Picasso from scraps
There are dozens of shades of blue in a box with glass scraps 💙. We sort through the pieces as if we were leafing through old photographs: this one is too cold ❄️, this one is slightly cloudy 🌫️, this one shimmers beautifully ✨, but not of the same depth. And suddenly the right one is found — a calm blue with a thin white streak, like a trail from a cloud ☁️.

We take this fragment, put a translucent background under it, measure the center, add a couple of droplet clouds 💧 — and the composition comes to life by itself. This is not about skill, but about attentiveness: finding one right color means winning half the battle. No tricks: a careful look 👀, precise movement ✂️, a little patience 🍵.

At night the oven will do its job 🔥. In the morning we will take out the tiles: the edges are soft, the surface is smooth, the color is deep and clear, like the sky after rain 🌦️. This is how a simple find turns into a thing that the hand reaches out to ✋.
