Stained glass that catches the light: a small window for joy
The window is a strange thing. It looks like a wall, but it doesn’t seem like it. A thin line between the house and the street, between the usual comfort and the big world, between what is outside and what is inside. We look at it every day and hardly notice.
And the window also looks like a place where “need” and “want” meet. On the one hand — things to do, responsibilities, endless “later”. On the other hand, it’s something that I’ve been longing for for a long time, but I still haven’t found the time. And sometimes it’s enough not to wait for a special occasion, but to simply open a small door for this.

That day I did just that. I put aside everything I “need” for a couple of hours and did what I “want.” I collected a little gnome, who now stands by the window and catches the light on this quiet border. And every time I look at him, I remember: you can let more joy into your life — not someday, but now.
